Some of you may already be aware of them, but there is an electricity system available for the Satyr Farm system. I've put all the bits together in a package you can pick up from the Welcome centre animals area on Mintor.

ENERGY SYSTEM - Information


SF Power Controller
This has a range of the entire region so you only need one per region. It can be placed anywhere in that region.
It takes in energy produced by Wind Turbines and sends out to charging stations. It can also rez energy objects (SF kWh) if touched.

SF Wind Turbine
This generates energy and sends it to the Power Controller for the region. The output changes with the wind - more wind gives more output.
You can have as many wind turbines as you need to produce enough power for the requirements of your region.
You can change the description to help you recognise each turbine in the controller display panel.

SF Solar Panel
This generates energy and sends it to the Power Controller for the region. The output changes with sunlight - more sun gives more output. There is an arrow that during the day points to the sun to help you line them up for the best coverage.
You can have as many solar panels as you need to produce enough power for the requirements of your region.
You can change the description to help you recognise each panel in the controller display panel.

SF Charger
When touched, this attempts to send an energy charge to the closest object to it that has a name that starts 'SF ' e.g. 'SF Vehicle', 'SF Gadget' etc. It first asks the power controller for energy and if there is enough stored, it takes some and gives out the charge.

SF Battery Storage
This is a storage unit for SF kWh that you can get from the power controller, energypod etc.

SF Energypod
This allows you to generate an SF kWh object - just keep running on the treadmill till you get to 100%!

SF Generator
This allows you to generate SF kWh using various fuels. Energy generated is sent to the power controller and shows up on the kWh count.

SF Vehicle
This is an example of something that uses the electricity generated. You can charge it either from the SF charger, or by touching it to add nearby SF kWh objects.
